It has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite shower which includes a small bath. It sleep 5 to 6 to as there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

The lounge has free feature fireplace with gas fire, TV, Sea and Country Views.
Blown Air Central Heating.
Kitchen/Diner with fitted oven and hob and built in fridge freezer.
Large decking area, sea and country views from it and with gate to enclose it, ideal for children or pets.
It’s the nearest Caravan (the valley side) to the beach which has the good views of Burgh Bay and Burgh Island. It’s a super premium plot and is on Sea View.
We provide duvets and pillows but ask that you bring duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases, towels and tea towel.
If bringing you dog, please bring their bed.

DEVON, SOUTH WEST by the sea. A DOG FRIENDLY HOLIDAY HOME at Challaborough Beach with sea and country views, near to the south west coast path. Situated in and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the SOUTH HAMS area, close to Bigbury on Sea, Burgh Island. Thurlestone to Salcombe area and Kingsbridge. Also incorporating the stunning Erme and Avon Estuary.
Challaborough Beach is a sheltered horse shoe shaped cove made up of excellent fine sand within less than a minute walking from the Holiday Home with direct access to this beach, the beach has been awarded the Blue Flag award. The Beach has views of Burgh Island, beautiful blue seas and easy access for pushchairs or those with mobility issues. Life guards patrol the beach at high season. Ideal for young children and those that love water sports.
At low tide, there are plenty of interesting rock pools to explore or alternatively you could take to the coastal path to the left and stroll along the cliffs of the South Devon Coast to Bigbury on Sea and then onto the sand causeway to get to Burgh Island. Or alternatively taking the coast path to the right, you can explore the National Trust Arymer Cove or just keep on walking to view the stunning Mothecombe Beach, Wonwell Beach and the Erme Estuary, used by the film industry for stunning locations for films such as Sense and Sensibility and the Hornblower.

The Park has direct beach access so great for bucket and spades, kite flying etc.
